You should be the master of your own domain as it holds the keys for your emails and website hosting. We suggest purchasing your domain at GoDaddy or Hover.
We provide excellent reliable website hosting. If you already have hosting, we can help evaluate your current plan and suggest the best fit for your site. If you decide to use our hosting, we will itemize the plan best for your site in the custom quote.
No we do not. Website hosting environments are no longer the best fit for the complicated deliverability and spam issues that are needed for modern day business email accounts. We suggest setting up a Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account for your professional emails. If setting this up is something you need help with, we can itemize this service out in your custom quote.
While we prioritize making our website designs as accessible as possible, we do not guarantee full compliance with all accessibility standards. Accessibility is a complex and evolving field, and achieving 100% compliance can be challenging. However, we are committed to creating websites that are user-friendly and accessible to as many people as possible. We focus on implementing key accessibility principles and testing our designs for accessibility. If you have specific accessibility requirements or concerns, we can refer you to professional accessibility partners that can evaluate your site.
Yes we do develop ecommerce sites with Woo, the default online shopping plugin with WordPress. You can view ecommerce sites we have developed on our case studies page. Let us know that you need an ecommerce feature on your site and we will customize our quote to fit your needs.
If you decide you need more pages or features after the project is finished, we are happy to help at our hourly rate of $90, billed in 30 min increments.
Most website projects take 6-8 weeks depending on the size, features needed, and content provided.
We usually require 50% of the agreed amount as a deposit, then the final amount after the website is live and the project is complete. We are happy to set up a 3-5 month payment plan at no extra fee if you prefer that.
Yes, we highly recommend purchasing our Website Care Plan which includes daily backups, restorations when needed, site monitoring for downtime and malware and monthly updates to plugins, WordPress and theme files.
No we do not. WordPress fits our clients needs the best because of its flexibility and adaptability to a sites growth. We are able to transfer content over from other website platforms at an extra cost that we can itemize in the quote.
