After you sign up for the plan, it will take about 30 days to generate enough information for the first monthly report. However, during that time, all features will be activated on your account and backups, site uptime, and security vulnerabilities will all be monitored.

Terms of Service*
If we have no problems logging into your site we will make the initial backup of your site. Around the 10th of every month, you will receive an email that notifies you of what was updated on your site. We continue to monitor your site daily for downtime and issues.

No protection is 100% foolproof, especially as the computerized hackers get more sophisticated. We will monitor your site for changes and down time so we should know if something happens. If you notice something is wrong with your site, contact us immediately so we can look into the issue. If your site is damaged, we will attempt to correct the problem by restoring a backup of your site. If that still does not get your site back on track (although this is rare) we will need to submit your site to get professionally cleaned, which usually runs about $200.
