About the Client:

Red Pepper Pizzeria & Pasta offers a variety of large pizzas, pastas, sandwiches, and salads with fresh ingredients. They cater to dine-in, take-out, and delivery options. With over 535 reviews, the local neighborhood pizzeria is praised for its quality food, gluten-free options and friendly staff. It operates in Duvall, Carnation, and Sultan, WA, and actively supports local non-profits, churches, and schools.

What Was Needed:

The owners were about to open a new pizza & pasta location in a few months, and they wanted a fresh new website to showcase the new store and to refresh the aging site that was not 100% mobile-friendly. They also wanted the design of their online ordering system to be upgraded to the newest version and to launch a mobile app for ordering. Reviews left on multiple platforms were also requested to be highlighted on the new website.

Solutions Provided:

Redesigning the site in the flexible Beaver Builder theme allowed our team to create a fresh new look with a flexible layout that also looks great on mobile. We incorporated new pictures throughout the site focusing on the fun environment of the pizza locations and on the community that the owners strongly support. Food photographer Robin Marie was hired to retake all the product pictures, which helped refresh the online ordering design, which our team helped customize. Google and Facebook reviews are now pulled in automatically and displayed throughout the site with the ability to filter out any spam reviews. We also support Red Pepper by managing Google Ads and assisting with the mobile app process.
